Shipping Policy
We aim to ship all orders placed before 5pm by the next day, we use Royal Mail and Evri as our Shipping Providers
Return & Exchange Policy
Whittys Wax want you to be happy with your purchases. Before dispatch, your order is carefully inspected and packed with love and care to ensure it leaves us in perfect condition.
However, should your order arrive and you wish to return for any reason, we will do our utmost to ensure the process is as smooth as possible.
Please contact us via email at whittyswax@outlook.com within 7 days of receipt of the product. We will then contact you to either replace the item or issue a refund.
Please note we can not accept a return or issue a refund on any items that have been lit or partially used.
Products can be returned for a full refund no later than 7 days after the purchase, provided they are not damaged, have not been used and are still in the original packaging.
Customers bear the cost of return shipping except for damaged goods.
Any postage and packing costs can not be refunded for returned goods.
Upon receipt of the returned goods, an exchange or refund will be issued.
Sale or clearance items are not eligible for exchanges, returns or refunds.
